Only the shaman take more out of Desolace.Nothing here drops from a creature unique to the zone. All 32 appear in Desolace and nowhere else.Ceremonial Centaur Blanket is the pick of the board, paid out by Khan Hratha at level 42.
One dungeon opens off the zone: Maraudon at 35.The 23 items behind that door are filed under the dungeon lens rather than on this page.Every Alliance paladin starts on the other continent, so the trip costs a crossing before it costs a level.By level 60 another 624 world drops can surface here, but they surface anywhere in Kalimdor and there is nothing to chase. That is enough to clear the zone out rather than pass through it.
