Only the shaman take more out of Silithus.6 of them drop from creatures living only here; the other 26 are rewards the zone keeps to itself.Ravencrest's Legacy is the pick of the board, paid out by Treasure of the Timeless One at level 60.
Avenger's Breastplate starts here at level 60, and hands a paladin Avenger's Breastplate for it.Every Alliance paladin starts on the other continent, so the trip costs a crossing before it costs a level.By level 60 another 245 world drops can surface here, but they surface anywhere in Kalimdor and there is nothing to chase. That is enough to clear the zone out rather than pass through it.
