Zandalar Madcap's Tunic is the pick of the board, paid out by Paragons of Power: The Madcap's Tunic at level 60.Stranglethorn Vale is thinner for a rogue than for most: 12 against the paladin's 59.Level 40 lands somewhere in the middle of this band, and it is where a rogue picks up Eviscerate and Feint.
Paragons of Power: The Madcap's Bracers starts here at level 60, and hands a rogue Zandalar Madcap's Bracers for it.The Alliance board here runs to 65 quests against the Horde's 53, so the two sides are not walking the same zone.By level 60 another 155 world drops can surface here, but they surface anywhere in Eastern Kingdoms and there is nothing to chase.A rogue outgrows the band before the list runs out, so fill the slots that are empty and go.
