Beaded Raptor Collar is the one to want, and Razormaw Matriarch, a rare spawn, carries it on about 40% of kills.Add the quest board and the zone holds 9 between levels 20 and 28.Wetlands is thinner for a rogue than for most: 9 against the paladin's 32.
The Alliance board here runs to 35 quests against the Horde's 0, so the two sides are not walking the same zone.By level 60 another 104 world drops can surface here, but they surface anywhere in Eastern Kingdoms and there is nothing to chase.A rogue outgrows the band before the list runs out, so fill the slots that are empty and go.
