The rare Black Pearl Ring is the one to want, and Lady Vespira, a rare spawn, carries it on about 40% of kills. The rest sits in the 10–20 band beside it: 31 items in all.2 of them drop from creatures living only here; the other 29 are rewards the zone keeps to itself.
No class takes more out of Darkshore than a shaman. One dungeon opens off the zone: Blackfathom Deeps at 10.The 10 items behind that door are filed under the dungeon lens rather than on this page. The Alliance board here runs to 48 quests against the Horde's 0, so the two sides are not walking the same zone.By level 60 another 435 world drops can surface here, but they surface anywhere in Kalimdor and there is nothing to chase. That is enough to clear the zone out rather than pass through it.
